摘 要:四环素类抗生素在畜禽养殖、水产养殖、人体疾病等方面有着广泛的应用,近年来由于抗生素的不合理使用,导致病原微生物产生抗药性,并且由于相关抗性基因的转移,造成的危害比较严重,此类问题已引起社会各界的广泛关注。现就不同微生物抗药性来源、危害及耐药性机制进行总结以期引起相关部门及使用人员的警惕。The tetracycline class of antibiotics in livestock farming,aquaculture and human diseases has been widely used,due to the irrational use of antibiotics in recent years,lead to resistant pathogenic microorganisms,and because the relevant transfer of resistance genes,the damage is more serious,this problem has aroused widespread attention from all walks of life.The sources,harms and mechanisms of antibiotic resistance of different microorganisms were summarized in order to arouse the vigilance of relevant departments and users.
