摘　　要：我国传统粗放的社会安全治理模式,已不能有效应对当前较为复杂的社会安全形势。平安指数作为以大数据为支撑实施社会安全治理创新的重要手段,在实现对安全问题的敏锐感知、精确测评、及时预警和提前干预等方面具有重要意义。以指数测评推动平安建设工作的精准实施是一项复杂的系统化工作,涉及到指标体系的合理建构、指标数据的科学合成及计算模型的有效确定、现代信息手段的充分应用、专业团队持续稳定的工作以及健全工作机制制度的确立等。The traditional extensive mode of social security governance is not effective enough to cope with the current situation of comparatively complicated social security.As an important means to implement the innovation of social security governance based on big data,security indexes are of great significance for the realization of sensitive perception,precise assessment,timely precaution and advance intervention concerning security issues.The accurate implementation of index-driven security construction is a complicated systemic task,including the rational construction of index system,the scientific integration of index data,the effective affirmation of calculating models,the full application of modern information means,the sustainable and steady work of a professional team,and the establishment of a healthy working mechanism,etc.
