摘 要:复杂产品价值链长,参与主体多,海量的信息资源为云计算提供了重要的应用场景,同时云计算技术将数据资源转化为生产力,为企业之间的协作提供了技术基础。应用可拓理论将定性指标和定量指标相结合,具有能够解决复杂指标间存在关联或冲突的优势,构建了复杂产品价值链合作伙伴选择模型。最后,通过船舶产品在设计、采购、总装、服务这一全生命周期的合作伙伴选择实例,实现了由最终用户主导价值链的构建,验证了模型的有效性。Complex products have long value chain,large numbers of participants and massive information resources,which provide important application scenarios for cloud computing.The cloud computing converts data resources into productivity and provides a technical basis for collaboration among enterprises.The extension theory was applied to combine qualitative and quantitative indicators,which had the advantage of resolving the correlation or conflict between complex indicators.A partner selection model was established for complex product value chains.Through the example of partner selection in the entire life cycle of design,procurement,assembly and service of ship products,the construction of the value chain led by end users was completed,and the validity of the model was verified.
