摘 要:针对传统稳定控制系统的通信技术难以满足大电网大量智能设备接入和海量数据高速处理要求的问题,该文提出多项技术,解决了大电网稳定控制系统控制点多、分布广、控制对象复杂的技术难题。该文提出的STM-1大容量数据传输技术提高了单一稳定控制主站的控制数量和信息传输容量,同时大大提高了系统可靠性。多控制终端聚合传输技术解决了电力通信网不能覆盖的大量新能源场站和广大工业企业用户的控制问题,进一步倍增了控制对象,保证了控制系统的灵活性和经济性。大规模无线接入通信技术扩大了稳定控制系统的控制范围,节约了投资。站间IEC 61850通信技术解决了传统稳定控制系统通信设计按工程定制、数据传输容量低、互操作性差的缺点,实现了通信接口和通信协议的国际标准化。该文的关键通信技术除了应用于国内电力系统,目前已经成功应用于厄瓜多尔国家电网稳定控制系统和巴西美丽山±800 kV特高压直流稳定控制系统。In view of the problem that the communication technology of the traditional stability control system is difficult to meet the new requirements of a large number of intelligent equipment access and massive data high-speed processing in large power grids,a number of technologies are put forward to solve the technical problems of many control points,wide distribution and complex control objects in the large power grid stability control system.STM-1 large capacity data transmission technology proposed here improves the control quantity and information transmission capacity of a single stability control master station,and greatly improves the system reliability.The multi control terminal aggregation transmission technology solves the control problem of a large number of new energy stations and industrial enterprise users that can not be covered by the power communication network,further multiplies the control objects,and ensures the flexibility and economy of the control system.Large scale wireless access communication technology expands the control range of the stability control system and saves investment.Inter station IEC 61850 communication technology solves the shortcomings of traditional stability control system communication design customized according to engineering,low data transmission capacity and poor interoperability,and realizes the international standardization of communication interface and communication protocol.The key communication technologies proposed here are successfully applied to the stability control system of Ecuador National Power Grid and the Belo Monte±800 kV UHVDC transmission project in Brazil.
