通过调节pH值制备绿色银纳米棒的研究

摘　　要：棒状金属纳米材料更利于生物医学应用。以羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)和硝酸银为原料,用硝酸调节pH值,在太阳光照射下成功制备了银纳米棒,并通过透射电子显微镜对其进行了TEM和SAED分析。该方法完全避免了化学还原剂和稳定剂的使用,制备的银纳米棒具有低毒性的特点,在生物医学领域具有很大的应用潜力。Rod-like metal nanomaterials are more conducive to biomedical applications.In this paper,using carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)and silver nitrate as raw materials,we successfully prepared silver nanorods under sunlight by adjusting pH value with nitric acid.Moreover,we characterized their structures by means of TEM and SAED.The use of chemical reducing agents and stabilizers can be completely avoided in the method.The prepared silver nanorods have the characteristics of low toxicity and have great application potential in biomedical field.
