延长发动机润滑油换油周期的研究

摘　　要：针对目前发动机润滑油换油周期普遍比较保守的问题,依据某大缸径发动机电站,随机选取9台发动机对其润滑油进行1000 h跟踪检测,研究发动机润滑油在不同运行时间的质量变化情况,探讨合理延长换油周期的方法,为发动机科学合理延长换油周期提供参考。根据发动机润滑油持续监测分析结果,试验发动机润滑油在运行至900 h时,仍能保持良好性能;试验发动机润滑油更换周期可从原先的500 h延长至800 h,确保设备的可靠性的同时实现按质换油。The service period of engine lubricant is generally conservative.Nine engines in a large cylinder-diameter power station were selected randomly to track and detect their lubricant performance for 1000 h and to clarify the change of lubricant quality with operation time.Then,a reasonable method for extending the service period of engine lubricant was proposed.According to the results of continuous monitoring and analysis of engine lubricant,it is found that the test engine lubricant can maintain good performance when it runs to 900 h.The service period of the test engine lubricant can be extended from 500 h originally to 800 h,achieving the replacement of lubricant according to the quality decay while ensuring the reliability of the equipment.
