摘  要:采用正交试验法设计了两组高效防锈油配方,其中BSN配方体系采用中性二壬基萘磺酸钡、重烷基苯磺酸钡、油酸、十二烯基丁二酸、正油烯基肌氨酸、羊毛脂和基础油;T701配方体系采用重烷基苯磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸、山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯、羊毛脂和基础油。采用中性盐雾试验方法评价了不同配方油品的防锈性能,探究了各类添加剂对防锈性能的影响。结果证明,两组防锈油优化配方表现出优异的防锈性,抗盐雾效果优于国外同类样品。Two high-efficiency anti-rust oil formula systems,BSN and T701,were designed employing the orthogonal test method.The BSN system is comprised of neutral barium dinonyl naphthalene sulfonate,heavy alkyl benzene barium sulfonate,oleic acid,dodecenyl succinic acid,n-oleylsarcosine,lanolin and base oil.The T701 system is comprised of heavy alkyl benzene barium sulfonate,dodecenyl succinic acid,sorbitan monooleate,lanolin and base oil.Neutral salt spray test was conducted to evaluate the performance of anti-rust oils with two formula systems and the effects of additives were also explored.The results show that the two anti-rust oil formula systems have excellent anti-rust property and also better salt-spray resistance than similar foreign products.
