摘  要:随着乘用车国六排放法规实施和油耗法规的不断加严,采用节能型低黏度发动机油是必然趋势。发动机油的抗磨减摩性能与其配方组成有较大的关系,尤其是要发挥各组分之间的协同作用以实现最佳效果。文章采用四球机和SRV摩擦磨损试验机研究了基础油、黏度指数改进剂、复合添加剂及摩擦改进剂对汽油机油0W-20抗磨减摩性能的影响,筛选并确定了较优配方组成,为开发节能型汽油机油0W-20提供参考。Use of energy-saving low-viscosity engine oil is inevitable with the implementation of ChinaⅥemission regulation and the increasing stringent fuel consumption laws.The anti-wear and anti-friction performance of engine oil largely depends on its formula composition,and it should be maximized by especially coordinating different components.Four-ball machine and SRV friction and wear test machine were adopted to investigate how base oil,viscosity index improver,composite additive and friction modifier affect the anti-wear and anti-friction performance of gasoline engine oil 0 W-20.Finally,the optimal formula composition was screened and determined,which is a reference for the development of energy-saving gasoline engine oil 0 W-20.
