摘  要:目的对《化妆品安全技术规范》中规定的毛发用化妆品中水杨酸、吡硫鎓锌、酮康唑、氯咪巴唑和吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐5种去屑剂的检测方法进行改进,以解决实际样品测定过程中分离难、干扰多的问题。方法采用C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流速为1.0 ml/min的乙腈+pH值为3.0的10 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液(含0.5 mmol/L乙二胺四乙酸二钠)梯度洗脱,柱温为35℃;检测波长为230 nm,外标法定量。结果方法的平均回收率为93.8%~104.6%,RSD为1.49~4.50%,5种组分的最低检出浓度在5 mg/kg~25 mg/kg。结论改进后的方法具有较好的准确度和精密度,分离效果好,在去屑洗发水样品检测中,能够有效排除非目标物质的干扰,且实用性强,重现性佳。Objective An improvement of the determination method for 5 antidangdruff agents in shampoo cosmetics including salicylic acid,pyrithione zinc,ketoconazole,climbazole,and piroctoneolamine was accomplished,so as to solve difficult separation and interference in the actual sample determination.Methods Samples were conducted for gradient elution by acetonitrile at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min+10 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution with pH of 3.0 on the C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)at the column temperature of 35℃.The detection wavelength was 230 nm and external standard method was used for qualification.Results The recovery of the method ranged from 93.8%to 104.6%,with the relative standard deviation of 1.49%-3.51%.The limit of detection of the method was within 5 mg/kg-25 mg/kg.Conclusion The improved method has good accuracy,precision,good separation,and can effectively eliminate the interference of non-target substance in the sample detection of antidandruff shampoo.
