摘　　要：目的研究妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)对新生儿血液学变化的影响,同时研究其关系。方法回顾性观察研究2017年1月1日—2020年1月1日湖州市中心医院572例新生儿,根据出生体质量和胎龄的关系以及是否存在母体PIH分为4组:343例适于胎龄儿(AGA)(AGA对照组),25例小于胎龄儿(SGA)(SGA对照组),73例母体PIH的AGA(PIH-AGA组),28例母体PIH的SGA(PIH-SGA组),比较其数据差异。结果PIH-SGA组和PIH-AGA组中性粒细胞和血小板计数均低于AGA对照组和SGA对照组(P<0.05),而中性粒细胞和血小板减少症患病率较高(P<0.05);母体血压的升高引起新生儿的出生体质量和胎龄减小(P<0.001),与新生儿血液学变化之间也存在负相关性(P<0.001)。结论母体PIH对新生儿血液学异常有很大影响,血液学改变的发生率和严重性在PIH母体的新生儿中增加。Objective To study the influence of pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH)on neonatal hematological changes,and to study its relationship.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 572 newborns in Huzhou Central Hospital from January 1,2017 to January 1,2020,who were divided into four groups according to the relationship between birth weight and gestational age and whether there was maternal PIH,with 343 cases in gestational age infants(AGA control group),25 small-for-gestational age infants(SGA control group),73 maternal PIH AGA(PIH-AGA group)and 28 maternal PIH SGA(PIH-SGA group).And the data was compared.Results The neutrophil and platelet counts of the PIH-SGA group and PIH-AGA group were lower than those of the AGA control group and SGA control group(P<0.05),and the prevalence of neutropenia and thrombocytopenia is higher(P<0.05);the increase in maternal blood pressure causes a decrease in the birth weight and gestational age of newborns(P<0.001),and there is also a negative correlation with neonatal hematology changes(P<0.001).Conclusion Maternal PIH has a great influence on neonatal hematological abnormalities.The incidence and severity of these hematological changes increase in newborns of PIH mothers.
