摘　　要：旨在解决现有绿壳蛋鸡品种存在的一些问题以满足产业发展需要。本研究主要利用我国地方鸡资源,通过配合力测定、疫病净化、绿壳基因分子检测技术、随机回归模型分析等育种方法,经过5个世代以上的系统选育,培育出神丹6号绿壳蛋鸡配套系,其通过5个世代以上的系统选育,培育出神丹6号绿壳蛋鸡配套系。父母代种鸡和商品代鸡均具有地方鸡外貌特征和优良的蛋肉品质,父母代种鸡产蛋率高、蛋重适中,商品代鸡72周龄产蛋数262个、母鸡体重1 532 g, 43周龄蛋重50.4 g、蛋壳强度3.89 kg/cm^(2)、哈氏单位79.4、蛋黄比率32.0%。In order to solve the problem of the existing breeds of green shell layers and meet the need of poultry industrial development. The study using local chicken resources in China, combining ability determination, disease purification, molecular detection of green shell gene, random regression model analysis and other breeding methods through systematical breeding of more than five generations, Shendan No. 6 green shell layer have been bred. Both the parents and the commercial chickens have the appearance characteristics of local chickens and excellent egg and meat quality. The parents have the characteristics of high laying rate and moderate egg weight. For commercial hens, at 72 weeks of age, the number of eggs laid is 262, and the body weight is 1 532 g;at 43 week of age, their egg weight is 50.4 g, the eggshell strength is 3.887 kg/cm^(2), the Haugh unit is 79.4, and the proportion of yolk is 32.0%.
