摘 要:为探讨冷应激对科尔沁牛和科尔沁肉牛免疫功能的影响,选择体况相近、身体健康的母牛各20头,分别在冷应激(冬季)和非应激(春季)对其进行了免疫功能指标比较。结果表明,在冷应激状态下科尔沁肉牛的血清IL-2、IL-4的含量均显著高于科尔沁牛(P<0.05),IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α极显著高于科尔沁牛(P<0.01),IgG的含量极显著低于科尔沁牛(P<0.01),IgM的含量与科尔沁牛差异不显著(P>0.05);在非应激状态下,科尔沁牛与科尔沁肉牛血清中的各项指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。冷应激状态下,科尔沁牛血清中的IL-1、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α极显著低于非应激状态(P<0.01),血清中的IgG较非应激期间差异不显著(P>0.05);科尔沁肉牛血清中的IL-1、IL-2、IL-4极显著低于非应激(P<0.01),IL-6、TNF-α较非应激状态差异不显著(P>0.05),IgG显著低于非应激状态(P<0.05),两种牛血清中的IgM浓度有下降趋势,但是差异不显著(P>0.05)。生理指标中冷应激期间,科尔沁牛直肠温度显著低于科尔沁肉牛(P<0.05),呼吸频率差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,在冷应激状态下科尔沁肉牛比科尔沁牛的免疫功能更强,耐冷应激能力强于科尔沁牛。In order to determine the effect of cold stress on the immune function of Kerqin cattle and Kerqin beef cattle, 20 healthy cows of each of the two cattle breeds with similar body condition were selected to compare their immune function indexes under cold stress(winter) and no-cold stress(spring). The results showed that, compared with the Kerqin cattle, the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in the serum of Kerqin beef cattle were significantly higher(P<0.05), the IL-1, and IL-6 levels and TNF-α were very significantly higher(P<0.01), The IgG content was very significantly lower(P<0.01), but the content of IgM showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Under no-cold stress, the serum indexes of the Kerqin cattle and Kerqin beef cattle showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Comparison of the related indexes under cold stress and no-cold stress, shoed that IL-1, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 and TNF in the serum of Kerqin cattle were very significantly lower under cold stress(P<0.01), but IgG was not significantly lower(P<0.05). The levels of IL-1, IL-2 and IL-4 in the serum of Kerqin beef cattle were significantly lower under cold stress(P<0.01), but IL-6, and TNF-α showd no significant difference(P>0.05), and IgG was significantly lower(P<0.05). The IgM concentration in the serum of both the cattle breeds decreased, but not significantly(P>0.05). In terms of the physiological index under cold stress, the rectal temperature of the Kerqin cattle was significantly lower than that of the Kerqin beef cattle(P<0.05), but their respiratory rate was not significantly different(P>0.05). In conclusion, the immune function of Kerqin beef cattle was stronger than that of Kerqin cattle under cold stress, and their cold stress resistance was stronger than that of Kerqin cattle.
