摘 要:试验旨在研究扬州江都区鸡白痢的流行情况以及菌株的耐药情况。采用沙门菌属特异性PCR、血清学试验、鸡白痢沙门菌/鸡伤寒沙门菌鉴别PCR、多位点序列分型等方法以及药敏试验,对临床分离的疑似鸡白痢沙门菌进行了系统鉴定。结果表明:经属特异性PCR方法鉴定59株沙门菌的血清型均为9,12:-:-;鉴别PCR显示,59株菌均为鸡白痢沙门菌,共分为4种序列型(ST),其中ST 92为优势基因型,占比40.68%,经BURST程序分析发现,4种ST型归为1个克隆群CC 2151,表明鸡白痢沙门菌临床分离株基因型呈现多元化,但不具有明显的遗传异质性;药物敏感性试验结果显示,鸡白痢沙门菌对磺胺异恶唑(47.46%)的耐药率最高,对氨苄西林(10.17%)、头孢噻呋(10.17%)和黏菌素(8.47%)的耐药率次之,对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、四环素、庆大霉素、美罗培南、恩诺沙星、复方新诺明、阿奇霉素、氟苯尼考等8种抗菌药物敏感。研究结果可为鸡白痢危害的评估和防控措施的制定提供参考。In order to investigate the epidemic situation and antimicrobial resistance of S. pullorum in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, the methods of Salmonella genus specific PCR, serology, discriminating PCR between S. pullorum and S. gallinarum, multilocus sequence typing and antimicrobial resistance test were used and 59 strains of suspected S. pullorum were identified. The results showed that the serotype of the 59 strains were 9,12:-:-, all of them were S. pullorum and they were divided into four ST types, with ST 92 being the dominating genotype, accounting for 40.68% of the whole strains. The four ST types were classified into one clonal complex called CC 2151 which suggested that the genotypes of clinical isolates were diversified and possessed obvious genetic heterogeneity. Based on the antimicrobial resistance test results, the isolates were the most resistant to sulfaisoxazole(47.46%), followed by ampicillin(10.17%), ceftiofur(10.17%) and colistin(8.47%), while their resistance to amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, tetracycline, gentamicin, meropenem, enrofloxacin, cotrimoxazole, azithromycin and florfenicol was zero. The results of this study were expected to provide reference for hazard assessment and for prevention and control of pullorum disease.
