汉族国人眶区软组织衰老的测量与特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨汉族国人的衰老过程中眶区软组织结构的变化特征。方法自2016年12月至2021年6月,收集重庆医科大学附属第一医院进行头部MRI检查的汉族国人228例,男性、女性各114例,患者的高清影像资料,测量眶区软组织厚度,包括:上睑区域上、中、下三点(a、b、c),下睑区域上、中、下三点(a’、b’、c’),鼻根点厚T1,眉间点厚T2,比较不同年龄、不同体质量指数(BMI)眶区测量点软组织厚度的差异。结果(1)男性上睑眶区及面部中线处各测量点软组织较女性厚(P<0.05);(2)同一性别人群眶区各测量点软组织厚度青年组和中年组比老年组薄(P<0.05);(3)不同BMI与眶区各测量点软组织厚度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论汉族国人衰老过程中眶区及面中部软组织变化,随着人体的衰老和体质量的增加眶区及面中部软组织逐渐增厚。Objective To explore the changes of orbital soft tissue structure in Chinese Han population during the aging process.Methods From December 2016 to June 2021,head MRI high-definition images of 228 Chinese Han people(114 males and 114 females)were collected.The thickness of orbital soft tissue was measured.The upper,middle and lower points of upper eyelid(a,b,c),upper,middle and lower points of lower eyelid(a’,b’,c’),thickness of nasal root point(T1)and thickness of interbrow point(T2)from different ages and body mass index(BMI)were compared and analyzed.Results(1)The soft tissue in orbital area of upper eyelid and the midline of face of males was thicker than that of females(P<0.05);(2)The thickness of soft tissue at each measurement point in the orbital region of the same gender in the young and middle age group was thinner than that in the old group(P<0.05);(3)BMI was positively correlated with the thickness of soft tissue at each measurement point in the orbital region(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The periorbital and midfacial soft tissue of Chinese Han population changed in the process of aging.The periorbital and midfacial soft tissue tend to be thickened with the increase of age and body mass.
