摘　　要：加快农业绿色发展,推动质量兴农是解决农产品质量安全问题、缓解农业面源污染的内在要求,也是深化农业供给侧结构性改革、促进乡村振兴的必然选择。发展绿色农业亟需破解小农户对接大市场存在的难题。合作社作为农民重要的组织化形式,通过为社员提供社会化服务,提高农户绿色生产认知和能力,缓解单个农户专用性资产投资不经济的问题,从而提高农户绿色生产的预期收益,促使农户向绿色生产方式转型。基于此,需要进一步引导农民专业合作社在质量兴农、绿色兴农中发挥作用,提升合作社带动农户的服务功能和绿色农业技术推广能力,完善合作社的利益联结机制,着实提高农户的绿色生产认知、绿色生产能力和绿色生产效率。Accelerating the green development of agriculture and promoting the quality of agriculture is not only the internal requirement to reduce the safety risk of agricultural products and agricultural non-point source pollution, but also the inevitable choice to deepen the structural reform of agricultural supply side and promote rural revitalization. The development of green agriculture urgently needs to solve the problem of small farmers connecting with the big market. Cooperative is an important organizational form of farmers. It promotes the transformation of farmers to green production mode by providing socialized services for members, improving farmers’ awareness and ability of green production,alleviating the uneconomical problem of individual farmers’ special asset investment, and improving the expected income of farmers’ green production. Based on this, the government needs to further guide cooperatives to play a role in the development of green agriculture, improve the service function of cooperatives to drive farmers and the ability of green agricultural technology promotion, improve the interest connection mechanism of cooperatives, and improve farmers’ green production cognition, green production capacity and green production efficiency.
