摘  要:可生物降解材料的制备与应用是高分子材料领域的重要研究方向之一。该材料在自然界中可被微生物分解且不产生有害物质,是当前治理环境污染的新途径。将抗菌整理剂掺入可生物降解纺织材料中可抑制纺织品表面微生物的生长,改善服用环境。首先区分了生物降解与生物基的概念,并对可生物降解材料的降解机理、分类和测试标准进行了探究。其次对可生物降解材料的抗菌研究进展进行了综述,包括抗菌整理剂的种类和材料的应用潜力。研究发现,纤维素、聚乳酸(PLA)等材料已在纺织领域得到广泛应用,此外天然提取的生物抗菌剂因其安全环保的特性常用于可生物降解材料的抗菌研究。对可生物降解型纺织材料未来的研究重点和抗菌应用前景进行了展望。The preparation and application of biodegradable materials are one of the important research directions in the field of polymeric materials.This material can be decomposed by microorganisms in nature and does not produce harmful substances,which is a new way of environmental pollution control.The incorporation of antimicrobial finishing agents into biodegradable textile materials can inhibit the growth of microorganisms on the surface of textiles and improve the living environment.The concepts of biodegradation and bio-based are firstly distinguished,and the degradation mechanism,classification,and testing standards of biodegradable materials are investigated.The progress of antimicrobial research on biodegradable materials is reviewed,including the types of antimicrobial finishing agents and the potential of the materials for textile applications.It is found that materials such as cellulose and polylactic acid(PLA)have been widely used in textile applications.In addition,naturally derived antimicrobial agents are commonly used in antimicrobial research on biodegradable materials due to their safety and environmentally friendly properties.The future research focus and antibacterial application of biodegradable textile materials are prospected.
