摘  要:从纱线结构出发,以蓝色亚麻纤维与白色棉纤维为原料,在双分梳转杯纺单头试验机上纺制不同混纺比的亚麻/棉牛仔纱。以纱线的断裂强度、毛羽、条干不匀率和粗细节等参数为研究对象,通过观察不同比例的混纺纱的外观效果优选出较佳的混纺比为亚麻/棉50/50。利用该纱线进行织造,所得织物无需进行后整理就可具有牛仔风格,同时具有亚麻和棉的优良性能。Based on the yarn structure, blue flax fiber and white cotton fiber as raw materials, the denim yarn with different flax/cotton ratio is spun on a double-carding rotor-spinning test machine. The optimum ratio of flax to cotton is selected based on the basic properties of yarn strength, hairiness, sliver and thickness, and the best linen/cotton blending ratio is 50/50 by observing the appearance effect of different proportion blended yarn. By weaving the yarn, the fabric could obtain the style of denim without finishing, and have the excellent properties of flax and cotton.
