摘  要:传统的不动产测量或者地籍测量利用全站仪或者RTK进行测量,速度慢,效率低。本文介绍了无人机(unmanned aerial vehicle,UAV)倾斜摄影1∶500不动产测量技术新方法,相比传统的五镜头相机,采用单镜头绕飞技术,硬件成本降低一半,数据量减少70%以上,给出了像控点布设与测量,利用Smart3D进行倾斜摄影三维建模,利用裸眼立体测图软件EPS地藉测量的技术流程。以长安县任家庄村1∶500不动产测量为例,说明该技术可以满足1∶500不动产测量和地籍测量的需要,速度快,效率高,成本低。Traditional real estate survey or cadastral survey using total station or RTK measurement,slow speed,low efficiency.This paper introduces a new method of 1∶500 real estate measurement technology for UAV tilt photography.Compared with the traditional five-lens camera,the one-len flying technology reduces the hardware cost by half and the amount of data by more than 70%.The layout and measurement of image control points are given.Using naked eye stereo mapping software EPS geospatial survey technical process.Taking the 1∶500 real estate survey in Renjiazhuang village of Chang’an county as an example,it is shown that the technology can meet the needs of 1∶500 real estate survey and cadastral survey with high speed,high efficiency and low cost.
