结核性胸水中的类上皮细胞与胸水腺苷脱氨酶活性相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结核性胸水中的类上皮细胞与胸水腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性的相关性。方法收集2016年-2020年临床诊断为结核性胸膜炎的107例胸水为研究对象,其中胸水中有类上皮细胞30例,未见类上皮细胞77例。比较2组胸水的有核细胞计数、细胞分类及胸水ADA活性。结果有类上皮细胞的有核细胞计数、淋巴细胞百分比及ADA活性水平低于未见类上皮细胞,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结核性胸水出现类上皮细胞,胸水ADA活性会减低。提示结核性胸水ADA活性低可能伴有增生病变。Objective To explore the correlation between the epithelioid cells of tuberculous pleural effusion and the activity of adenosine deaminase(ADA)in pleural effusion.Methods A total of 107 pleural effusions clinically diagnosed as tuberculous pleurisy from 2016 to 2020 were selected as the study objects and were divided into the epithelioid cells group with 30 cases and the non-epithelioid cells group with 77 cases.The nucleated cell count,lymphocyte percentage and the level of ADA activity in pleural effusion were compared between the two groups.Results The number of nucleated cells,lymphocyte percentage and the level of ADA activity of the epithelioid cells group were significantly lower than those of the non-epithelioid cells group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of ADA activity will decrease when the epithelioid cells appear in pleural effusion.It is suggested that low ADA activity in tuberculous pleural effusion may be accompanied by hyperplastic lesions.
