贯叶连翘不定根粗提物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制影响

摘　　要：为了将贯叶连翘不定根作为一种新植物材料应用于实际生产中,本文调查了贯叶连翘不定根粗提物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用。结果表明:不定根提取物抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的生长,最低抑菌浓度为2 mg/mL。用不定根提取物处理后,菌胞外碱性磷酸酶、电导率、蛋白质和核酸浓度明显增加,表明提取物增加了菌细胞通透性,导致菌胞内物质泄露,最终导致菌生长受到抑制。因此,贯叶连翘不定根可以应用于抑菌相关产品的生产中。To apply adventitious roots(ARs)of Hypericum perforatum as a new plant material in practical production,the inhibitory effect of crude extract from H.perforatum ARs on Staphylococcus aureus was investigated.The results showed that the AR extract inhibited the growth of S.aureus with the minimum inhibitory concentration of 2 mg/mL.The extracellular alkaline phosphatase activity,electronic conductivity,protein and nucleic acid concentrations greatly increased after AR extract treatment,indicating that the AR extract increased the bacterial cell permeability,resulting in the leakage of intracellular substances,and finally inhibiting antibacterial growth.Therefore,H.perforatum ARs can be used in production of antibacterial products.
