摘　　要：目的研究注射用辅酶I对行保守治疗的急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的心肌保护作用。方法选取2018年1月-2020年12月,在河南大学第一附属医院行保守治疗的急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者210例,随机分为对照组105例和实验组105例,对照组给与抗血小板聚集治疗及其他抗心肌缺血的常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上给与注射用辅酶I5mg肌注,每天1次,连续14天。观察对比两组患者治疗前后的C反应蛋白、肌钙蛋白、NT-proBNP及心脏功能的变化是否存在差异。结果实验组接受注射用辅酶I治疗后的患者C反应蛋白、肌钙蛋白、NT-proBNP明显低于未接受注射用辅酶I的对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组接受注射用辅酶I治疗后的患者的LVEF(左心室射血反射)改善情况与对照组患者相比无明显差异。结论注射用辅酶I能够保护急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的心肌细胞,改善心肌细胞的缺血缺氧状态。Objective To study the myocardial protective effect nl injection roenzyme I in patients with acute non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarct ion.Met hods 210 patients with acute non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction Ireated conservatively from January 2018 In December 2,2020,randomly divider!into 105 patients in the control group and 105 experimental group for antiplalelet aggregation treatment and other anti-myorardial isrhemia.The experimental group gave injected coenzyme I 5mg muscle injection on the routine treatment.1 time a day.W hether there were differences in cardiac funrlion before and after treatment and preoperative changes in C reactive protein,myponin,NT-proBNP and rardiar function between the two groups.Resu I ts The improvement of C reactive protein,myponin and NT-proBNP were signifirantly lower than those without I (p<0.05)and no improvement of LVEF(LVV ejection reflex in the patients after injection)in the control group.Cone I us i on The roenzyme I can protect the rardiomyorytes of patients with acute nonST elevation myocardial infarction and improve ihe ischemia and hypoxia of myocardial cells.
