脐针结合体针治疗肾精亏虚型耳鸣的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脐针结合体针治疗耳鸣—肾精亏虚证的临床效果。方法70例耳鸣患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组采用体针治疗,观察组予以体针结合脐针治疗,疗程为8周。比较治疗前后两组患者的耳鸣响度视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、耳鸣程度分级、耳鸣残疾评估量表(THI)评分、肾精亏虚证症状评分,并将肾精亏虚证症状评分与耳鸣程度分级进行相关性分析,观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的耳鸣响度VAS评分、耳鸣程度分级、THI评分、肾精亏虚证症状评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组的各项指标改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。肾精亏虚证评分变化与耳鸣程度分级呈正直线相关性(r=0.285,P<0.05)。观察组的愈显率为77.14%,对照组的愈显率为51.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脐针结合体针治疗肾精亏虚型耳鸣的效果优于单纯体针治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of umbilical acupuncture combined with body acupuncture on tinnitus with kidney essence deficiency pattern.Methods 70 tinnitus patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with body acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with body acupuncture combined with umbilical acupuncture for 8 weeks.The tinnitus visual analog scale(VAS)score,tinnitus degree grade,tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)score and symptom score of syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the correlation between symptom score of syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence and tinnitus degree grade was analyzed to observe the treatment effect of the two groups.Results After treatment,the tinnitus VAS score,tinnitus degree grade,THI score and symptom score of renal essence deficiency syndrome in 2 groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of various indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was a linear correlation between the score of deficiency of kidney essence and tinnitus degree(R=0.285,P<0.05).The healing rate of the observation group was 77.14%,and that of the control group was 51.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Umbilical acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is better than pure body acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus with kidney essence deficiency pattern。
