苹果属植物种皮微形态特征研究及其分类学意义

摘  要:在电镜下对苹果属(Malus Mill.)20种(包含变种)植物腊叶标本的种皮细胞微形态进行了研究,探讨了苹果属植物种皮微形态的特征。结果表明:在扫描电镜下,所研究的植物种子细胞形状主要有2种不同的类型,即短细胞和长细胞,种皮细胞的长宽比与植物的进化性有明显的相关性;同时,其纹饰也有3种,即无纹饰、微纹饰、纵向条状皱纹,该特征在种间具有明显的差异,能为本属植物的系统发育和分类研究提供新依据。The micromorphology of 20 species(including varieties)of Malus seeds was studied under scanning electron microscope(SEM).The characteristics of micromorphology of Malus Mill,species were discussed.The results showed that there were two different types of seed coat cell shapes,short cell and long cell.The aspect ratio character of seeds coat cells was obviously correlative to the evolutionary position in the genus.At the same time,there are three kinds of seed pattern,non-pattern,micro-pattern,and longitudinal stripe pattern,which have obvious differences among species,providing a new basis for the phylogeny and taxonomic study of this genus.
