摘　　要：目的基于社会资本理论构建养老机构老年人社会资本评价指标体系。方法通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈拟定评价体系初稿,通过三轮德尔菲专家咨询构建评价体系终稿。结果三轮专家咨询分别有16、17、17位专家参与,问卷回收率分别为80.00%、85.00%、85.00%,意见提出率为75.00%、70.60%、58.80%,专家权威系数为0.700~1.000、0.750~1.000、0.740~1.000,肯德尔和谐系数为0.210、0.155、0.150(均P<0.01)。最终形成2个一级指标,6个二级指标,35个三级指标的养老机构老年人社会资本评价指标体系。结论本研究构建的养老机构老年人社会资本评价指标体系具有科学性、可靠性,可为机构老年人社会资本相关研究提供测量依据。Objective To construct a social capital evaluation index system for elderly people in long-term care facilities based on social capital theory.Methods Initial indicators were formulated based on literature research and semi-structured interview,then three rounds of expert consultation were conducted to complete the final draft.Results Three rounds of expert consultation involved 16,17,and 17 experts,with questionnaire return rates of 80.00%,85.00%,and 85.00%,opinion submission rates of 75.00%,70.60%,and 58.80%,expert authority coefficients of 0.700 to 1.000,0.750 to 1.000,and 0.740 to 1.000,and Kendall's harmony coefficients 0.210,0.155,and 0.150,respectively(all P<0.01).Finally,a social capital evaluation index system consisting two primary indicators,six secondary indicators,and 35 tertiary indicators for elderly people in longterm care facilities was formed.Conclusion The evaluation index system is scientific and reliable,which can provide a measurement basis for the research on the social capital of the elderly in long-term care facilities.
