摘 要:针对倒管器工作时连续管张力不断变化和变化范围大的特点,而且不同尺寸连续管张力和缠绕力不同,滚筒速度也不断变化,导致人工操作滚筒运转难度大和电机线圈经常烧坏等问题,因此需要对倒管器液压控制系统进行研究。因倒管器工作状况复杂,设计了变频液压控制系统。应用情况表明:该液压系统在保证电机线圈不被烧毁的情况下满足不同尺寸连续管倒管工作。该研究使倒管器液压控制系统操作更方便,提高连续管倒管器液压控制元件使用寿命、降低维修成本和拓宽系统调速范围具有一定指导意义。The tension of CT(coiledtubing)changes constantly and the range of change is large when the CTspooling stand is working, causing the manual difficulty and the electric coil often burned out and other problems. Therefore, it is necessary to study the hydraulic control system of CTspooling stand.The hydraulic control system with frequency change is designed because of the complicated working condition of the inverted pipe.The experimental results show that the hydraulic system can work with different sizes of CT under the condition that the electric coil is not burnt out. The study makes the operation of the hydraulic control system of the CTspooling stand more convenient, improves the service life of the hydraulic control components of the CT, reduces the maintenance cost and widens the speed range of the system.
