摘　　要：卷筒联轴器的异常响声会降低卷筒联轴器使用寿命,增加使用者的不安全感,并埋下安全隐患。文中通过对某一铸造起重机卷筒联轴器异常响声的监测、原因分析以及卷筒同轴度的检测和调整,得出卷筒联轴器异常响声的根本原因是减速器输出轴与卷筒轴同轴度偏差较大。为今后类似问题的处理提供参考依据。The abnormal noise of the drum coupling will shorten the service life of the drum coupling and bury potential safety hazards.Through monitoring the abnormal noise of the drum coupling of a casting crane,analyzing the causes and detecting and adjusting the coaxiality of the drum,it is found that the root cause of the abnormal noise of the drum coupling is the large deviation of coaxiality between the output shaft of the reducer and the drum shaft.It provides a reference for dealing with similar problems in the future.
