摘 要:通过X射线荧光光谱仪、X射线粉晶衍射分析、热重分析、扫描电镜等表征手段,研究焙烧温度对白云母晶体结构特征、物性变化的影响。结果表明:白云母在25〜1200℃温度范围的加热过程变化主要分为三个阶段:25〜500℃,该焙烧温度段对白云母的晶体结构、光学性质、表面形貌影响甚小;600〜1000℃,白云母虽保持片层状晶体结构,但羟基脱出使得其片层内结构进行微调,d_(002)晶面间距由1.010 nm增加至1.021 nm,此温度段内白云母由透明态转为不透明态,色泽由无色变为淡黄色,表面形貌凹凸不平,层面出现皱褶;1100℃以上,白云母晶体结构完全被破环,形成由少量莫来石、三氧化二铝以及大量非晶态硅氧化合物组成的熔融物,该熔融物不透明,层面疏松,极易脆裂,内含大量微孔隙,白云母物性产生显著变化。The effects of calcination temperature on crystal structure and physical properties of muscovite are studied by means of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,X-ray powder diffraction analysis,thermogravi-metric analysis and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the heating process of muscovite at 25-1200℃ can be divided into three stages.At 25-500℃ range,the calcination temperature has little influence on the crystal structure,optical properties and surface morphology of muscovite.At 600-1000℃,the lamellar structure of muscovite is maintained,but the hydroxyl separation makes the lamellar structure fine tuning,and the crystal plane spacing of d_(002) increases from 1.010 to 1.021 nm.At this temperature range,muscovite changes from transparent state to opaque state,its color changes from colorless to light yellow,and its surface morphology is uneven and the layer is wrinkled.Above 1100℃,the physical properties of muscovite have significant changes.In fact,the crystal structure of muscovite is completely broken,forming a melt composed of a small amount of mullite,aluminum oxide and a large number of amorphous silica oxide compounds.The melt is opaque,porous and easily brittle,containing a large number of micro-pores.
