摘　　要：习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述是建设新时代高水平人才培养体系的根本遵循。青岛大学在一流本科人才培养体系建设中,以“四个融合”为路径进行探索和实践,在专业建设与学科建设融合中理顺二级学院与学科专业关系,注重学科专业一体化发展,突出学科优势,强化学科对专业的支撑,加强专业内涵建设和结构调整。在教学与科研融合中让优质科研项目和成果进课堂、进实验室、进教材,建立科研平台为本科生开放制度,促进高水平实践育人,发挥创新实验班优势,强化创新创业教育。在专业教育与思政教育融合中强化教师思政,打造育人为本的一流师资队伍,深化思政课程和课程思政教学模式与方法改革,挖掘思政教育元素,充分发挥课堂育人的主渠道作用,打造队伍思政,实践思政和学生思政综合育人体系。在本科教育与研究生教育融合中全面推进本科生导师制,实施“三早”实践育人模式,实现本研课程统一管理,建立本研贯通培养机制。Xi Jinping’s requirements at the National Education Conference and the New Era Undergraduate Education Work Conference of the Ministry of Education are the fundamental compliance for local comprehensive universities to promote the construction of first-class undergraduate courses. In order to integrate specialty construction with discipline construction, the training system of first-class undergraduate talents in local comprehensive universities like Qingdao University should straighten out the relationship between secondary colleges and disciplines, pay attention to the integrated development of disciplines and majors, strengthen the support of disciplines to majors, highlight the advantages of disciplines, and strengthen the connotation construction and structural adjustment of majors. In the integration of teaching and research, high-quality scientific research projects and achievements should be brought into classrooms, laboratories and teaching materials, and the system of opening all scientific research platforms to undergraduates should be established, so as to promote high-level practical education, give full play to the advantages of innovative experimental classes and strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education. In the integration of professional education and ideological and political education, should strengthened teachers’ ideological and political education, build a first-class teaching team based on educating people, innovate modes and methods, deepen ideological and political course reform, tap the elements of educating students, give full play to the role of the main channel of classroom education, and build a comprehensive education system of team ideological and political education, practice ideological and political education.
