摘　　要：新一代信息技术是实现颠覆性创新、解决“卡脖子”问题、支撑国家社会发展的重要支柱。人才是创新的基础,构建完善的新一代信息技术创新人才培养体系对于信息产业发展具有重要推动作用,是当前高校人才培养模式改革亟需解决的问题。论文聚焦拔尖创新人才成长的内在规律与新一代信息技术产业的发展需求,提出了“内省—内化—内驱”三段贯通人才培养路径,设计了“组织管理、平台资源、理念创新”三位一体协同保障体系。Q大学拔尖创新人才培养的长期实践表明,该路径能够有效激发地方高校拔尖创新人才的成长成才,为地方高校构建面向新一代信息技术拔尖人才培养生态提供示范性借鉴。The new generation of information technology is an important pillar to realize disruptive innovation, solve the bottleneck problems, and support national social development. Talent is the foundation of innovation, and the construction for a perfect new generation of information technology innovation talent training system plays an important role in promoting the development of the information industry, which is an urgent problem to be solved in the current reform of the talent training mode in colleges and universities. The paper focuses on the internal law of the growth of top-notch innovative talents and the development needs of the new generation of information technology industry, puts forward the three sections of "introspection-internalization-internal drive" through the talent training path, and designs the trinity collaborative guarantee system of "organizational management, platform resources and concept innovation". The long-term practice of training top innovative talents in Qingdao University shows that the path proposed by the paper can effectively stimulate the growth of top innovative talents in local universities, and the guarantee system of paper design can provide demonstration reference for local universities to build the training ecology for the new generation of top information technology talents in local universities.
