基于GIS的建设用地适宜性评价――以淮安市清江浦区为例

摘　　要：文章采用GIS空间分析方法,以淮安市清江浦区为研究对象,评价因子依据清江浦区土地现状及用地适宜性评价方法进行筛选,并基于层次分析法(AHP)确定各单因子的权重值,构建淮安市清江浦区用地适宜性评价模型。根据评价的实际情况对评价结果进行分级,以期为清江浦区的用地布局提供相应的建议,为建设用地的选择提供依据。This paper uses GIS spatial analysis method,takes Qingjiangpu District of Huai'an City as the research object,selects the required evaluation factors according to the construction land suitability evaluation principles and land status,determines the weight value of each single factor based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and constructs the land suitability evaluation model of Qingjiangpu District of Huai'an City.The evaluation results are graded according to the actual situation of the evaluation,so as to provide corresponding suggestions and opinions for the land layout of Qingjiangpu district and provide basis for the selection of construction land.
