摘  要:针对高强钢前翼板支架在冲压成形中易产生的质量问题,也是为了提高工艺设计的效率,从高强钢前翼板支架的结构为切入点,运用Autoform软件对前翼板支架进行仿真模拟分析,确定了理论压边力为190t,拉伸筋高度设为3.5mm,成形力为1,260t,使得起皱.拉裂和回弹得到较大的改善。根据有限元分析结果可知,高强钢前翼板支架需要6道工序来完成冲压成形,即拉伸和刺破→修边冲孔侧修边侧冲孔→修边冲孔侧修边侧冲孔→翻边整形→冲孔侧冲孔→冲孔侧冲孔修边等6道工序。该研究方法可以为同类汽车覆盖件的设计提供借鉴。Aiming at the quality problems that are easy to occur in the stamping forming of high-strength steel front wing support,and also in order to improve the efficiency of process design,starting from the structure of high-strength steel front wing support,the front wing support is simulated and analyzed by using Autoform software.It is determined that the theoretical blank holder force is 190t,the height of draw bead is 3.5mm,and the forming force is 1,260t,which makes wrinkling Tensile cracking and springback have been greatly improved.According to the finite element analysis results,the front wing support needs 6 processes to complete the stamping forming,that is,drawing and piercing trimming,piercing side trimming,piercing side trimming,piercing side trimming,flanging and sizing,piercing side piercing,piercing side piercing and trimming.The research method of this paper can provide reference for the design of similar automobile panels.
