摘　　要：根据屏蔽罩零件四周都要折弯的特点,在级进模的最后工步采用连剪带折的复合工步,解决了该类封闭弯曲件没有可供连料位置时制件的输送问题。该模具采用压缩空气吹件,保证了制件出件顺畅。According to the feature that the shield parts need to be bent all around,a compound working step with shearing and folding is adopted in the last step of progressive die,which solves the problem of conveying the products when the closed bending parts have no connecting material position.The die adopts compressed air blowing parts,which ensures the smooth production of the parts.
