摘 要:基于材料热力学计算软件JMatPro7.0对热锻模具堆焊用铁基合金RMD248的热物理性能进行了模拟,对该种铁基合金的平衡相组成、CCT曲线等热物理参数性能进行了计算及预测。热力学计算结果表明:铁基合金RMD248的奥氏体化温度A_(c1)=617.36℃,A_(c3)=782.31℃。该合金的密度与杨氏模量与温度呈负相关趋势,而合金的热导率与泊松比则与温度呈现正相关趋势。文章还对该铁基合金的CCT图进行了计算绘制,预测了马氏体转变温度等相关材料参数,以期为该合金的电弧增材及焊后热处理工艺提供指导。In this paper,the thermophysical properties of iron-based alloy RMD248 for surfacing of hot forging die are simulated based on material thermodynamic calculation software JMatPro 7.0.The thermophysical parameters such as equilibrium phase composition and CCT curve of this iron-based alloy are calculated and predicted.The thermodynamic calculation results show that the austenitizing temperature of iron-based alloy RMD248 is A_(c1)=617.36℃,A_(c3)=782.31℃.The density and Young's modulus of the alloy have a negative correlation with temperature,while the thermal conductivity and Poisson's ratio have a positive correlation with temperature.The CCT diagram of the iron-based alloy is calculated and drawn,and the martensitic transformation temperature and other relevant material parameters are predicted,in order to provide guidance for the arc material addition and post weld heat treatment process of the alloy.
