摘　　要：结合当前现代警务机制改革深化发展趋势,以场景化建设应用思路为导向,按照不同城市类型,面向“情指勤督宣”一体化的新型警务机制,解析交通智能化管理系统建设应用不同场景,提出系统构建方法与应用要点,以期为助推现代警务机制改革提供有力支撑,推动智能交通管理系统更好更优发展。Combined with the current deepening development trend of the modern policing mechanism reform and guided by the idea of scenario construction and application,the paper focuses on a new type of policing mechanism of integrating“information,command,policing,supervision and publicity”to analyze different scenarios of construction and application of intelligent traffic management system according to different city types,and puts forward the system construction methods and application points,with the hope of providing strong support for the facilitation of the modern policing mechanism reform and promoting the better development of intelligent traffic management system.
