摘  要:针对全并联AT牵引网供电臂易发生故障,且保护速动性与选择性难以同时满足的缺陷,提出了基于IEC 61850标准的供电臂保护方法。该方法基于现有的牵引变电广域保护系统,利用GOOSE信号使供电臂各装置相互交换信息,发送/接收闭锁保护或保护联跳命令,仅使故障线路快速退出运行,不影响非故障线路供电,缩小了停电范围,实现了供电臂的快速保护。经现场试验验证了方法的有效性与正确性。With regard to the faults that the feeding section of full parallel AT traction network is liable to occur and the requirements that the protection speed and the selectivity are difficult to be met at the same time,a feeding section protection method based on IEC 61850 standard is proposed.The method,based on the existing traction substation wide area protection system,makes the devices of feeding section interchange information by application of GOOSE signal,transmits and receives of interlocking protection or protection inter-tripping command so as to quit the operation of faulty line quickly without influence of non-faulty line,narrows the range of power-off and realizes the rapid protection of feeding section.The effectiveness and correctness of the method has been verified by the site tests.
