摘  要:北方地区冷却塔冬季面临着环境低温状况,引起进风口大量结冰,导致换热量低。提出了超声波发生器冷却塔防结冰方案,通过运用超声波原理,有效地防止冷却塔进风口结冰,同时,结合超声波热效应理论设计出一整套采集、转换、驱动电路,通过采集积水、早期积冰情况来实现超声波发生器的自动运行,避免超声波发生器长时间、高耗能的使用,延长超声波发生器的使用寿命,降低超声波发生器能耗,降本增效。该成果对于同类问题的解决具有一定的实践指导意义。The cooling tower of data center in northern China is facing the low temperature in winter;which causes a large amount of ice in the air inlet;which leads to the heat exchange bottom.This paper presents the anti icing scheme of cooling tower of ultrasonic generator.By using the principle of ultrasonic;it can effectively prevent the inlet of cooling tower from icing.At the same time;a set of collection;conversion and driving circuit is designed based on the ultrasonic thermal effect in theory.The automatic operation of ultrasonic generator can be realized by collecting water accumulation and early ice accumulation;which can effectively save energy;It can avoid the long-term and high energy consumption of ultrasonic generator;prolong the service life of ultrasonic generator;reduce the energy consumption of ultrasonic generator;reduce cost and efficiency.The results have certain practical significance for solving similar problems.
