摘 要:文章针对核心机房机柜设备局部热岛问题;以及空调长期超负荷运行(制冷温度低),导致机房电源使用效率(Power Usage Effectiveness,PUE)PUE值高居不下的问题进行了分析,并提出了对应的创新思路及举措,旨在通过依托中国电信的现有空调资源情况,通过风冷式热管背板,对每个有局部热点的机柜加装冷却背板,相变取热,连接机柜为一组至制冷热管复合机组,通过风冷冷凝完成热交换循环,从而相应降低原室内精密空调制冷和降低PUE(机房消耗所有能源与IT负载消耗能源的比值)值的需求。This paper aims at the problem of local heat island of cabinet equipment in core computer room,and the long-term overload operation of air conditioning(low refrigeration temperature),which leads to the problem of high Power Usage Effectiveness(PUE)value in computer room.These two problems are analyzed,and the corresponding innovative ideas and measures are put forward.The purpose is to add cooling backplane to each cabinet with local hot spots by relying on the existing air conditioning resources of China Telecom and through the air-cooled heat pipe backboard.The connecting cabinet is a group of refrigeration and heat pipe composite units,which complete the heat exchange cycle through air cooling and condensation,so as to reduce the requirements of the original indoor precision air conditioning refrigeration and PUE the ratio of all energy consumed by the computer room to the IT load consumption.
