摘　　要：人才是第一资源,是党和国家事业发展的战略资源。建党百年来,中国共产党始终坚持马克思主义人才观,高度重视人才队伍建设,在实践中不断丰富和完善人才思想体系。结合中国共产党在不同时期所面临的政治社会环境,总结其人才思想的发展与演变,有助于深化中国共产党人才思想史研究,推动新时代中国共产党人才工作的高质量发展,为实现第二个百年目标和中华民族伟大复兴提供坚强的智力支撑和人才保障。Talent is the primary resource and a strategic resource for the prosperity of the party and the country. Over the past century, the Communist Party of China(CPC) has always adhered to the Marxist thoughts on talent, attached great importance to the construction of the talent team, and has continuously enriched and improved the ideological system for talents in practice. Through combining the political and social environment faced by CPC in different periods, summarizing the development and evolution of its talent thoughts, it will be of help to deepen the research on the history of talent thoughts of CPC and promote the high-quality development of the talent work in the new era, which provides strong intellectual support and talent guarantee for the realization of the second centenary goal and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
