手指康复操在经桡动脉行冠脉造影术后的应用

摘　　要：探讨手指康复训练操对桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术患者的干预效果.选取经桡动脉行冠脉造影术患者120例按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,两组患者各60例,观察组给予术后手指康复锻炼,对照组给予常规护理.观察两组患者术后2h、3h、6h术侧肢体肿胀程度,并对比两组疼痛程度.采用Kolcaba舒适量表改良版、焦虑自评量表对患者进行评价.结果表明:观察组手指康复锻炼后肢体肿胀、疼痛和焦虑发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01),术后舒适度及满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.手指康复运动可有效减轻手术部位的肿胀和疼痛,减少焦虑发生,提高患者术后舒适度和满意度,预后良好.This paper investigated the effect of finger rehabilitation exercise on patients with transradial artery coronary angiography.120 patients with transradial artery coronary angiography were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method with 60 patients in each group.The observation group was given the postoperative finger rehabilitation exercise,while the control group was given the routine nursing.The degree of operative limb swelling was observed in 2 h,3 hand 6 hafter the operation,and the degree of pain was compared between the two groups.Kolcaba comfort scale and self-rating anxiety scale were adopted to evaluate the condition of the patients.The results showed that the incidence of limb swelling,pain and anxiety in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the postoperative comfort and satisfaction were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Finger rehabilitation exercise can effectively relieve the swelling and pain of the surgical site,reduce the occurrence of anxiety,improve the postoperative comfort and satisfaction of patients with favorable prognosis.
