摘　　要：科技计划项目管理档案的规范化管理有助于提升项目管理水平。在了解淮安市科技计划项目管理档案管理工作实际情况的基础上,为更好地管理淮安市科技项目管理档案,从强化档案意识、完善规章制度、创新管理模式、升级管理方式、加强信息化建设、注重开发利用等六个方面提出科技计划项目管理档案规范化管理的有效措施。The standardized management of science and technology plan project management archives is helpful to improve the level and quality of project management.On the basis of understanding the actual situation of the archives management of science and technology plan project in Huai'an city and in order to better manage the science and technology plan project management archives,the paper puts forward effective standardized management measures of the archives of science and technology plan project from six aspects:strengthening consciousness of archives,improving rules and regulations,innovating management mode,upgrading management mode,strengthening informatization construction and paying attention to development and utilization.
