补肾活血方对肾虚血瘀型URSA患者血清中MIF、CCL28影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在观察补肾活血方对肾虚血瘀型不明原因复发性流产患者(URSA)分泌晚期血清中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、趋化因子28(CCL28)水平变化的影响。方法随机选取肾虚血瘀型URSA未孕患者30例作为观察组,同时选取正常未孕女性29例作为空白对照组,分别抽取两组患者用药前及用药3个月后分泌晚期血清,通过ELISA法检测出MIF和CCL28的水平后进行对比研究。结果肾虚血瘀型URSA患者的MIF水平明显低于正常女性,而CCL28的水平明显高于正常女性;给予补肾活血方治疗后肾虚血瘀型URSA患者血清中MIF的含量较给药前明显升高,而CCL28的水平明显降低;URSA患者坚持口服补肾活血方3个月后,中医证候积分与治疗前相比明显降低。结论 MIF和CCL28的表达异常可能是导致反复自然流产的相关因素;补肾活血方可通过调节MIF和CCL28的表达改善不良妊娠结局。Objective The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on the changes of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) and chemokine 28(CCL28) in serum of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA) of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 30 nonpregnant patients with URSA due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly selected as the observation group, and 29 normal nonpregnant women were simultaneously selected as the blank control group. The late serum secreted by patients in two groups before medication and three months after medication was extracted, and the levels of MIF and CCL28 were detected by ELISA before comparative study.Results The MIF levels of URSA patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were significantly lower than those of normal women, while the level of CCL28 was significantly higher than that of normal women. After treatment with Bushen Huoxue Recipe, the serum MIF content of patients with URSA of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type was significantly higher than that before treatment, while the level of CCL28 was significantly reduced. Three months after patients with URSA insisted on taking Bushen Huoxue Recipe, the TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than those before treatment. Conclusion The abnormal expression of MIF and CCL28 may be the related factors leading to repeated spontaneous abortion Bushen Huoxue Recipe can improve the adverse pregnancy outcome by regulating the expression of MIF and CCL28.
