摘　　要：钢轨与转辙机固定钢板间的绝缘垫击穿可能导致漏电事故发生,甚至可能引发其他事故。本文对电气化铁路常见的钢轨与转辙机固定钢板间的绝缘垫击穿事故进行分析,基于串联分压原理设计了一套转辙机固定钢板接地电阻的测量方法,通过分析实测数据排查出绝缘垫击穿的原因,并提出绝缘垫击穿隐患的防范措施。The breakdown of the insulating pad between the rail and the fixing steel plate of the switch machine may lead to electric leakage accidents,or even other accidents.The paper analyzes the common insulation pad breakdown accidents between rail and fixing steel plate of switch machine in electrified railway,designs a set of measurement method of earthing resistance of fixing steel plate of switch machine based on the principle of series partial voltage,finds out the causes of insulation pad breakdown by analyzing the measured data,and puts forward the preventive measures for the hidden dangers of insulation pad breakdown.
