城市社会网络嵌入对农民工返乡创业意愿的影响——基于结构和关系双维度嵌入的实证分析

摘　　要：构建"社会网络嵌入—社会支持—返乡创业意愿"模型,从结构性嵌入和关系性嵌入两个维度考察了农民工城市社会网络嵌入对其返乡创业意愿的影响和作用机理,并基于湘、黔、浙三省879户农民工家庭的调查数据,运用计量方法对两者之间关系进行实证检验。研究表明,城市社会网络嵌入对农民工返乡创业具有显著的促进效应,城市社会网络每增加一个单位,农民工返乡创业意愿提升11个百分点。社会网络嵌入的两个维度对农民工返乡创业意愿的影响同样显著为正,关系性嵌入比结构性嵌入具有更大的促进效应。运用工具变量法处理内生性问题后,该结论依然稳健。This paper constructs a theoretical model of“social network embeddedness—social support—return-home entrepreneurial intention”,and investigates the effect of urban social network embeddedness on migrant worker’s return-home entrepreneurial intention and its action mechanism from two dimensions of structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness. And then,an empirical test on the effect is conducted by the use of the quantitative method based on the survey data of879 migrant workers’ families in Hunan,Guizhou and Zhejiang provinces. The findings show that urban social network embeddeddness has a significantly positive effect on migrant workers’ return-home entrepreneurial intention. The intention of migrant workers returning home to start businesses increases by 10. 73%with every 1 unit increase of social network. The impact of the two dimensions of social network embeddedness on migrant workers’ return-home entrepreneurial intention is also significantly positive,with the promoting effect of relational embeddedness being greater than that of structural embeddedness. The conclusions are still robust after the instrumental variable method that is used to deal with the endogeneity problem.
