长江经济带老工业基地城市产业转型升级——基于定性比较分析的解释

摘　　要：建立"结构+质量+创新+环境"解释框架,以长江经济带35个老工业基地城市为研究案例,运用定性比较分析方法,探讨影响老工业基地城市产业转型升级的条件组合。研究发现:长江经济带老工业基地城市产业转型升级有两类解释路径,一是以强质量提升为核心,二是强结构优化、强产业创新和强环境友好的组合。长江中上游老工业基地城市有更加多元的产业转型升级条件组合,质量提升与产业创新的组合则是长江下游老工业基地城市产业转型升级的重要路径。定性比较分析了长江经济带老工业基地城市产业转型升级的内在逻辑,以期有助于长江经济带及其他地区城市制定产业升级政策方略。It formulates the interpretive framework of“Structure + Quality + Innovation + Environment”,takes 35 old industrial base cities in the Yangtze River economic belt as cases,and uses the qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the combination of conditions affecting the industrial transformation and upgrading of old industrial base cities. It is found that there are two ways to explain the industrial transformation and upgrading of the old industrial base cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt: one is the combination with strong quality improvement,and the other is the combination with strong structure optimization,strong industrial innovation and strong environment friendly. The old industrial base cities in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River have more diversified strategies of industrial transformation and upgrading;the combination of structural optimization and industrial innovation is an important path of industrial transformation and upgrading of the old industrial base cities in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The qualitative comparative analysis finds out the internal logic of the industrial transformation and upgrading of the old industrial base cities in the Yangtze River economic belt,which is helpful for the Yangtze River economic belt and other regional cities to formulate different industrial upgrading strategies.
