临港产业集聚对区域经济高质量发展的影响——基于知识溢出的视角

摘　　要：以环渤海、长三角和珠三角港口群为研究对象,运用中介效应动态面板模型探究了知识溢出在临港产业集聚影响区域经济高质量发展中的作用,并构建门槛模型,检验知识溢出释放的约束机制。研究结果表明:专业化溢出在临港产业集聚影响区域经济高质量发展中发挥中介作用,多样化溢出和竞争溢出的中介作用不明显;专业化溢出效应表现出明显的倒"U"型特征。因此,在考虑专业化溢出的约束机制前提下,应科学统筹临港产业的空间布局,合理促进临港产业的专业化集聚,促进区域经济高质量发展。Based on the data of port clusters in Circum-Bohai Sea Region,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta in China,this paper explores the role of knowledge spillover in the influence of port-centered industry agglomeration on high-quality development of regional economyby using the dynamic panel model,as well as the a threshold model to test the constraint mechanism of knowledge spillover release. The results show that MAR effects play an intermediary role in the influence mechanism of port-centered industry agglomeration on high-quality development of regional economy,while Jacobs effects and Porter effects play insignificant mediating roles. The MAR effects show an obvious inverted“U”pattern. Therefore,considering the constraint mechanism of MAR effects,it is necessary to scientifically coordinate the spatial layout of port-centered industry,rationally promote the specialization agglomeration,in order to promote the high-quality development of regional economysmoothly.
