高校生物化学实验教学实施绿色化学理念的探索

摘　　要：在绿色化、信息化的时代背景下,高校开展绿色化学实验教学改革,符合素质教育培养高素质、应用型人才的需求。以吉林化工学院生物制药专业为例,对生物化学实验课前、实验课中、实验课后三个方面实施绿色化学理念进行初步探索,弘扬绿色化学精神,践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念。Under the background of greenization and informatization,the reform of green chemistry experiment teaching in colleges and universities is in line with the demand of quality education of cultivating high-quality and application-oriented talents.Taking the biopharmaceutical major of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology as an example,this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the implementation of the concept of green chemistry in three aspects:before,during and after the biochemistry experiment.The spirit of green chemistry is promoted,and the development concept of“clear waters and green mountains are golden hills and silver mountains”is practice.
