摘　　要：目的探讨稳定期COPD患者实施多学科合作护理模式的应用研究。方法建立多学科团队,制订多学科团队工作方案,在住院期间护理、出院指导、出院随访的重点环节发挥多学科团队工作优势,制订个案管理工作制度,对稳定期COPD患者实施医护一体化个案管理。结果干预组患者负性情绪改善,发生营养不良的风险降低,生活质量提高(P<0.01),两组患者干预后体质指数、血清白蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多学科团队护理模式降低了稳定期COPD患者的营养风险,改善焦虑抑郁,提高了生活质量及运动耐力,但对体质指数、血清白蛋白水平的影响还需要长时间大样本的进一步研究。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A multidisciplinary team was established,and they formulated a plan,took the advantages of multidisciplinary teamwork during the process of hospitalization,discharge guidance,implement integrated case management for patients with stable COPD,formulated case management work system,and implemented intergrated case management of medical care for stable COPD patients.Results After intervention,the negative mood of patients in the intervention group was improved,the risk of malnutrition was reduced,and the quality of life was improved(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in the body mass index(BMI)and serum albumin levels between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary team can reduce the malnutritional risk,anxiety,depression,and improve the quality of life and exercise endurance in patients with stable COPD.However,the effects on BMI and serum albumin level need further research.
