摘　　要：在以新工科建设为背景的要求下,高校个性化人才的培养是提升学生创新能力、应用能力的重要途径。本文根据高校在个人化人才培养过程中所面临的问题,从教学理论、教学模式、课程设置、管理制度、评价体系等多个方面进行个性化人才培养探索,促进学生的个性化发展,提升学生的综合素质能力。Under the background of the construction of new engineering courses,the cultivation of indi-vidualized talents is an important way to improve students'innovative and applied abilities.In the light of the problems in the process of personnel training in colleges and universities,this paper explores personnel training in terms of teaching theory,teaching model,curriculum setting,management system,evaluation system,etc.,promotes the individual development of students,enhances the comprehensive quality of students.
