急诊护理中应用急诊分诊管理控制的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析急诊分诊管理控制在急诊护理中的应用价值,为临床治疗提供可参考依据。方法随机选取我院2018年9月至2019年9月期间我院急诊患者40例作为本次研究中的观察组,对患者的救治采取急诊分诊管理控制,将此期间患者抢救效率及护理安全性与我院2017年8月至2018年8月急诊患者40例实施常规护理管理的(对照组)进行对比。结果与采取常规护理管理的对照组各项指标比较发现,观察组通过应用急诊分诊管理控制后护理管理质量与成功抢救率显著高于对照组,观察组并发症总发生率及护理差错时间发生率显著低于对照组,观察组护理总满意度评分显著高于对照组,存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在急诊护理中实施急诊分诊管理控制的应用价值较高,既能够有效提升急诊护理质量,增加患者成功救治率的同时,还能够有效降低并发症及护理差错事件的方式,对提升急诊护理质量及增加患者认可度起着积极意义,适宜推广。Objective To analyze the application value of emergency triage management control in emergency nursing,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods Forty emergency patients in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly selected as the observation group in this study.The emergency triage management control was adopted for the treatment of patients.The rescue efficiency and nursing safety of patients in this period were compared with the routine nursing management(control group)of 40 emergency patients in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018.Results Compared with the indicators of the control group that adopts conventional nursing management,it is found that the quality of nursing management and the successful rescue rate in the observation group through the application of emergency triage management control are significantly higher than those in the control group.The total incidence of complications and nursing error time in the observation group Significantly lower than the control group,the observation group's total nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than the control group,there is statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of emergency triage management and control in emergency care has a high application value.It can effectively improve the quality of emergency care and increase the successful treatment rate of patients.At the same time,it can effectively reduce complications and nursing errors and improve the quality of emergency care.And increasing patient recognition plays a positive role and is suitable for promotion.
