可拆式试管架在ICU采集血标本的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨应用可拆式试管架在ICU采集血标本的临床效果。方法选取神经内科ICU 2021年1月至2021年6月采集的1002支血标本试管为观察对象。ICU共10张床,按单号床患者血标本试管置于可拆式试管架502支为观察组,双号床患者血标本试管放置于普通试管架500支为对照组,由培训考核合格、操作水平相当的NCU专科护士30名采集血标本,观察使用两组试管架采集血标本时,护士核对抽血试管正确率、核对每根试管的平均耗时,采集血标本的正确率、护士满意度。结果观察组、对照组的核对正确率分别为98.80%、96.20%,核对每根试管耗时分别是(7.63±2.12)s、(10.72±2.37)s,采集正确率分别是99.20%、97.00%,护士满意度96.67%、60%,观察组均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用可拆式试管架采集血标本,护士核对抽血试管正确率更高,耗时更短;护士采集血标本正确率更高,大大提高了工作效率,降低护士的工作强度,提高了护士满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of using detachable test tube rack to collect blood samples in ICU.Methods One thousand and two blood samples collected in ICU of neurology department from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the observation objects.There are 10 beds in ICU.Five hundred and two blood sample tubes of single bed patients are placed on the detachable test tube rack as the observation group,and 500 blood sample tubes of double bed patients are placed on the ordinary test tube rack as the control group.Thirty NCU specialized nurses who have passed the training and assessment and have the same operation level collect blood samples.When the two groups of test tube racks are used to collect blood samples,the nurses check the accuracy of blood sampling tubes check the average time of each test tube,the accuracy of collecting blood samples and the satisfaction of nurses.Results The correct rates of the observation group and the control group were 98.80%and 96.20%respectively.The time spent checking each test tube was(7.63±2.12)s and(10.72±2.37)s respectively.The correct rates of collection were 99.20%and 97.00%respectively.The satisfaction of nurses was 96.67%and 60%.The observation group was better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the detachable test tube rack to collect blood samples,nurses have a higher correct rate and shorter time to check the blood drawing test tube;The accuracy of blood samples collected by nurses is higher,which greatly improves the work efficiency,reduces the work intensity of nurses,and improves the satisfaction of nurses.
